Le Scodelle – Cucina e vini

Ristoranti

“Le Scodelle” are a small homage by chef Valter Giletti d’Alanno to his land of origin – Emilia – where fojete (the bowls, in fact) are still used in trattorias and taverns to enjoy the new wine poured by the piston, in good and cheerful company.

Push the door on Via Stampatori and you will be welcomed into the world of rich and tasty Emilian cuisine: you will be able to savor the best of the classic cured meats and the lesser-known and traditional specialties, the delicious fresh handmade pasta (and by handmade we mean that it is him, the chef, to prepare it personally and only for you), appreciate the king of Italian cheeses – Parmigiano Reggiano – in its different expressions and nuances, the desserts, in short all the dishes that have made Emilia Romagna famous in the world.

So, if you want to get to know or rediscover the aromas and flavors of Emilian cuisine – and not only that – with a touch of novelty and lightness, you will be very, very welcome at Scodelle.
